Multistack is seeking experienced Brazers to join our team in Galesville! The successful candidate will be responsible for working with a variety of materials to create custom metal parts and components. This role is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in fabrication, metalworking, or a related field.
We have full-time and part-time positions available on our 1st shift (7:00 am – 3:30 pm) Monday – Friday. All new hires are eligible to receive a $1,000 bonus after 30 days of perfect attendance, a quarterly productivity bonus if quota is met, and one week vacation after 6 months of perfect attendance. Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical drawings to create custom metal parts and components
- Prepare and heat metal parts and components
- Braze together components to assemble fabricated metal parts using a torch
- Examine seams and re-braze defective joints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in brazing of copper tubing
- Desire to learn
- Ability to use hand tools
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with others
