We are seeking a Service Parts and Warranty Administrator to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Learn about our products and components
- Maintain phone and e-mail support for customers
- Take service parts orders and provide quotes to customers
- Communicate with customers regarding warranty requests from the field for both parts and labor
- Processing of labor warranty authorizations and providing them to customers
- Coordinating with internal Service Parts Department regarding warranty part requests
- Manage backorders
- Process purchase orders for customers
- Review of field service reports to determine eligibility for warranty claims
- Coordinate shipments and returns of service parts
- Resolve customer inquiries
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe experience
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong customer service abilities
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Strong desire to learn
