Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers regarding warranty requests from the field for both parts and labor.
- Processing of labor warranty authorizations and providing them to customers.
- Coordination with internal Service Parts Department regarding warranty parts requests.
- Review of field service reports to determine eligibility for warranty claim.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal direction
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic computer skills
