The HVAC industry is an exciting industry that impacts energy usage on a global scale. Multistack is an HVAC manufacturer that works to increase efficiency in systems as we introduce new products and new applications in buildings. We are seeking a Service Parts Counter Rep to join our team! Multistack is located in Sparta short 20-minute drive from La Crosse.

Responsibilities:
- Learn about our products and components
- Maintain phone and e-mail support for customers
- Take service parts orders and provide quotes to customers
- Manage backorders
- Process purchase orders for customers
- Coordinate shipments and returns of service parts
- Resolve customer inquiries
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe experience
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Desire to learn
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
